All Seasons Garment Care & Tailoring is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Waconia team. If you enjoy helping people, have great attention to detail, and thrive in a team environment, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle garment drop-offs, pickups, and provide information about our services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Process payments and manage POS transactions accurately.
Qualifications:
  • Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Reliable and responsible, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
