All Seasons Garment Care & Tailoring is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Waconia location. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead, train, and support staff, fostering a positive team environment.

Create and manage employee schedules to ensure coverage and efficiency.

Advocate for your store and employees, ensuring their success and representing company values.

Maintain store appearance and uphold company standards.

Monitor order processing, inventory, and timely garment delivery.

Handle cash register operations, deposits, and daily reports.

Support business growth through upselling services and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications:

Experience in retail, service industry, or management preferred but not required.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
