All Seasons Garment Care & Tailoring is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Waconia location. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Lead, train, and support staff, fostering a positive team environment.

  • Create and manage employee schedules to ensure coverage and efficiency.

  • Advocate for your store and employees, ensuring their success and representing company values.

  • Maintain store appearance and uphold company standards.

  • Monitor order processing, inventory, and timely garment delivery.

  • Handle cash register operations, deposits, and daily reports.

  • Support business growth through upselling services and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail, service industry, or management preferred but not required.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
