About Us

Our desire is to provide the community of Waconia and surrounding areas with a place to purchase affordable clothing and household goods which are ''trending.'' (Of course, ''trending'' is subjective!) We run an initiative called Corners of Your Field, which is a partnership opportunity between Trending Upward Thrift Shoppe and local churches and charities. Corners Of Your Field encourages people to bring their gently used household items for donation to Trending Upward Thrift Shoppe. Trending Upward returns a portion of the value of these items in the form of gift cards to the church or charity of their choice. The church or charity can give those gift cards directly to help those in their care. We are a non-profit, faith based ministry of Promise Church. We now currently operate out of 141 W First Street Waconia, MN near City Hall and the Library in town!
