Shape It Up Fitness is a wellness community of mostly women pushing each other to be healthier, stronger, more confident and unstoppable. At SIU we make fitness fun and something to look forward too. As part of the SIU crew you have several options to keep you motivated to reach your goals. Options include daily fitness classes, daily nutritional challenges, monthly group challenges, monthly group fitness events, one on one personal training or counseling sessions and more.
