J. Carver Distillery is Carver County's first micro-distillery. J. Carver Distillery is proud to produce distinct spirits inspired by a tradition of craft and curiosity. Stop in to see beautiful shiny stills, oak barrels, and to join the many enthusiastic customers in sampling locally made vodka, gin, brandy, whiskey, bourbon, grappa, and liqueurs. Book a tour to see the production facility and barrel room, learn about the science and art of our local grain-to-glass approach to distilling and aging process, and sample a trio of our available J. Carver spirits or a tasting cocktail in our sampling room.

Feel free to visit our Tasting Room on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays to enjoy a specialty cocktail made with J. Carver spirits. Hats, t-shirts, and sweatshirts are available for purchase as well.
