Position Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, inspecting properties, guiding homeowners through the insurance restoration process, and closing exterior construction projects.

This is a high-opportunity commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and self-source leads (door knocking, referrals, networking, events)
• Perform roof and exterior inspections
• Identify storm damage and restoration opportunities
• Educate homeowners on insurance claims and restoration process
• Meet adjusters on-site when needed
• Create and present project proposals
• Close deals and secure signed contracts
• Maintain consistent follow-up with homeowners
• Collaborate with production team for smooth project execution
• Represent Mav City Restoration with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• High energy and competitive mindset
• Coachable and team-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
• Sales experience preferred (but not required)
• Construction or roofing knowledge is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
