About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on team member who’s ready to learn and grow with us! No experience? No problem. We’ll train you to run machines and help make top-quality products. If you’re dependable, pay attention to details, and enjoy working with your hands, this could be a great first job for you.
What You’ll Do
- Learn to use machines that print, stamp, and cut materials (training provided)
- Help make sure each project looks great and is done on time
- Check work to make sure it meets our quality standards
- Follow safety rules to keep yourself and others safe
- Pitch in and help your teammates when needed
- Keep the workspace clean and organized
- Reliable and ready to learn
- Good attention to detail (you notice when things are off)
- Able to stand for long periods
- Can lift boxes (30–50 lbs)
- Work well with others and have a positive attitude
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
If you’ve ever worked with tools or helped out in a shop class, that’s a plus—but not necessary. We’ll teach you what you need to know!
