Sip hot cocoa by the warm fire while caroling with holiday characters.
Santa will arrive just in time to light up City Square Park at 6:30PM.
Bring a new, unopened toy for the Waconia Toy Drive.
Big thanks to the Women of Waconia for supplying and serving the hot cocoa and organizing the Waconia Toy Drive.
