In the Garden - CCHS History Camp
Let’s learn how to bring the farmer’s fields home! What makes up soil and how do we care for it so that what we plant grows? What do plants need to grow and how can we give them a boost? In this camp, kids will get the chance to learn about the soil that grows our food and the garden plants that can grow in their own backyards. They’ll even explore the mysteries of horticulture and learn about the kinds of plant breeding experiments done right there on the Andrew Peterson Farm by the man himself. Make sure the kids are ready to get in the dirt for this one!
Space is limited to 10 kids. Camp for Grades 3-6.
