Join us for a Harry Potter Themed Howleen Party! Pet Parade thru downtown Waconia line up starts at 4pm @ Paws Inn Pet Essentials. Once back we will do the costume contest about 4.45pm followed by Tricks & Treats inside. Great time to be had by all pets and people alike.
