Refunds given only if written cancellation is received before May 15 and a replacement team is found.   In the event of foul weather\, tournament officials reserve the right to revise the tournament format as they see fit. Every effort will be made to complete all games.   No gate fees. Please no outside food\, beverages and coolers allowed\; concessions will be available on site.   8 teams.   Tournament Fee: $400.00   Game balls provided by Waconia Baseball Association.   Waconia Baseball Association assumes no responsibility for injuries suffered by any players\, coaches or fans at this tournament.
