The goal in everything we do is to help home owners by providing a variety of services in the areas of E-Design, Design & Decorating, Color Consultations and Home Staging. We are able to provide affordable, common-sense solutions so that home sellers and owners are able to focus on what is important to them and help their lives and businesses run more efficiently. We have proudly served the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro area since 2010!

Kristin's passion is helping people love the space they're in, which she does through her E-Design and Home Decorating / Color Consultation services. Clients love the ease of working with Kristin on E-Design - where she creates beautiful custom room designs to fit all styles and budgets! Many of her Home Decorating projects include helping to select updates such as new paint colors for exteriors and interiors, updated finishes such as flooring, cabinets and countertops, refresh the look of a home by re-styling bookcases, arranging artwork and home decor, outline furniture arrangements that make sense for both the space and how it is utilized and shop for key new décor to create beautiful interiors. In 2019, Kristin also added Airbnb/Rental Property Staging to her list of successful projects!

Occupied Home Staging Consultations are another of Kristin's specialties! One of her top talents and strengths is creatively utilizing the seller’s own items to make dramatic transformations that will appeal to buyers. Her detailed Home Staging Report, which is included in her consultation, is frequently praised by agents and sellers.
