We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Work Sales Representative to serve as a Community Liaison on our team. In this unique role, the successful candidate will blend their social work expertise with sales skills to promote and sell our product offerings to county Case Managers and hospital Social Workers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Medicaid Waiver programs, be passionate about making a positive impact on the community, and possess excellent communication skills.

Job description for the Community Liaison role:
*Lead Management - Identify and cultivate partners whose clients will benefit from our service offerings.
*Client Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication.
*Coordinate Presentations – Work with the executive leadership team to deliver impactful virtual or in-person presentations on our products and services.
*Advocacy & Networking - Conduct outreach programs to increase awareness of our service offerings.
*Sales Goals – Work towards achieving both individual and team sales targets.
